Deskripsi Kerja

Location: In-Office – Malacca, Malaysia

Working Hours: Night shift (9PM–6AM Malaysia Time, Monday to Friday)

Role Summary: We are hiring a Multilingual Customer Support Representative to assist Medicaid patients in the US with health insurance enrollment and recertification. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; Cantonese speakers will be prioritized.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Strong communication skills.
