AstraZeneca is seeking a dedicated National Sales Manager to lead our District Managers and drive sales performance across the region. The successful candidate will set objectives, mentor their team, and ensure operational budgets are effectively managed. You will collaborate with Brand Teams to optimize resources and develop future leaders for Regional Sales positions. A strong understanding of compliance regulations regarding healthcare interactions is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree with demonstrated leadership and communication skills. Experience in Sales Training, Operations, or Managed Markets is a plus. This role operates primarily in your own country.
