Deskripsi Kerja

Pulai Springs Resort Berhad is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to manage all telephone calls and bookings for our resort. You will ensure Customer Services Assistants follow procedures and effectively address guest issues.

Your role includes training staff, maintaining quality standards, assisting with staffing schedules, and monitoring attendance.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of RM2,200.00 to RM2,500.00 per month, with benefits like free parking and meals.
