Deskripsi Kerja

The Pines Melaka is seeking a dedicated Night Duty Manager to oversee all Front Office operations. This role involves assisting management, ensuring guest satisfaction, and resolving inquiries.

Qualifications include a diploma in hospitality or tourism, 3+ years of experience in a 4-star hotel, and proficiency in English. Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are required, along with the ability to work night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
