DHL is seeking a motivated Ocean Freight Intern to assist in general operational functions related to ocean freight management. The successful candidate will be responsible for general correspondence with customers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth ocean freight movements.
Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and coordinating export and import ocean freight activities, preparing relevant documentation, maintaining records as per ISO standards, and responding to inquiries and complaints from internal teams.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate effective communication abilities.
