Deskripsi Kerja
Smart Option Property Management is seeking a dedicated Office Admin or Account Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, and ensuring smooth office operations.
You will be responsible for preparing office paperwork such as letters, notices, meeting agendas, and forms. Additional tasks include sourcing quotations and following up on assigned issues until resolution. Basic accounting tasks, including issuing receipts and conducting bank reconciliations, are also part of the role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Expected Start Date: 11/05/2024
