Deskripsi Kerja

Job Scope:

• Assist with the procurement process.
• Maintain bookkeeping and compile delivery orders and invoices.
• Prepare delivery orders for store pickups.
• Manage correspondence and support the tender process.
• Support daily operations and maintain filing systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers for statements.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Office Administration certificate preferred.

Pay: From RM1,800/month

Benefits: Maternity leave, 13th month salary, performance bonus.
