We are seeking an Office Administrator Intern to assist with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Write and distribute emails and correspondence.
- Maintain a filing system and contact lists.
- Prepare expense reports and assist with office administration.
- Provide general support to visitors.
Job Type: Internship (6 months)
Pay: RM99.00 – RM1,00.00 per month
Benefits: Professional development
Schedule: Fixed shift, Monday to Friday
Requirements:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Mandarin and Bahasa (Preferred)
Keperluan
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Good Communication Skills
- Able to Work in a Team
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
