Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via email.
- Data entry for customer invoices.
- Support administrative operations for clients.
- Coordinate with the development team on customer requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- New graduates welcome; proficient in English.
- Some experience in administrative support.
