Deskripsi Kerja
We at The Goods Interior Sdn Bhd are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to manage our office operations. This role is essential to maintaining efficient administrative processes and a productive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office operations and procedures
- Record daily invoices and sales
- Manage communications (emails, calls, mail)
- Organize files and documentation
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
