Deskripsi Kerja
We are assisting our client, ManpowerGroup, in urgent hiring for the role of Onboarding Specialist.
Location: Shah Alam
Work Hours: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Thursday – Sunday)
Salary: RM3,00 – RM3,500 (basic)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation.
- Conduct onboarding sessions.
- Address new employee queries.
- Enhance onboarding experiences.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of onboarding experience.
- Strong organizational skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent command of English.
