Job Responsibilities:
As an Online Customer Support Representative, you will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, assist players with troubleshooting and account issues, and provide guidance on rules and promotions. You will document player interactions, collaborate with other teams to resolve issues, and monitor feedback for product improvements.
Requirements:
Applicants should have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills in English, strong problem-solving abilities, and basic technical knowledge. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, is essential.

Pay: RM3,600.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
