Geodis Malaysia is seeking an Operation Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing duty drawback documentation for submission to Customs, organizing customs forms, and ensuring data from invoices matches designated templates. This role includes generating weekly duty drawback reports and maintaining accurate and up-to-date submissions.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with customers and the Customs department, tracking the status of claims and facilitating documentation submission.
