Xtend Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Operation cum Admin Executive. Ideal candidates should be responsible, disciplined, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Applicants must hold a Diploma/Degree in a relevant field, possess strong communication skills in English and Malay, and have a valid driving license D. Proficiency in MS Office and various office management systems is essential.

Responsibilities include acting as a point of contact for executives, managing calls and correspondence, organizing documentation, and monitoring office supplies. Our office in Taman Tungku Tun Aminah Skudai Johor offers a full-time position with a salary range of RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month, along with benefits like annual leave and medical claims.
