Client Relations & Communication: Liaison for customers and partners; handle daily communications; ensure prompt responses.
Operational Support: Collaborate with departments; track bookings; manage follow-ups.
Social Media Marketing: Manage social media platforms; familiarity with video editing tools preferred.
Requirements: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin; strong organizational and communication skills.
