Manage cross-functional teams, set and monitor KPIs, control budgets, coordinate with vendors, and implement process improvements and compliance standards. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in operations or related field, strong leadership and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, and excellent communication.
