Key skills required include industry research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. A background in contact centers and experience in retail or service industries is preferred. Proficiency in English (B2 or above) and Japanese is required.
Location: One Precinct, Penang, Malaysia. Salary ranges from RM11,00.00 to RM12,00.00 per month, plus housing and language allowances.
