Deskripsi Kerja
Pakaresume is seeking an Operation Team Leader to manage and guide our resume editing team. In this role, you will ensure high-quality service delivery and a positive work environment. Responsibilities include team leadership, quality assurance, customer issue resolution, team development, and performance monitoring.
Requirements: Minimum diploma/degree, proven team leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in resume editing is a plus.
