BI (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks an Operations & Customer Event Executive to manage end-to-end event execution, enforce SOP compliance, track budgets and accruals, and innovate customer engagement platforms. You will collect and analyze event data for insights, maintain event management documentation, and support HP Operations executional tasks. The role requires 1–2 years of event management experience, strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, a proactive analytical mindset, and excellent written and verbal English. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and turn ideas into memorable customer experiences.
