Deskripsi Kerja

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliation for all eCommerce and retail transactions.
• Communicate with merchants and customers regarding reconciliation exception transactions.
• Coordinate with the internal finance team for merchant settlement inquiries.
• Handle all merchant inquiries related to settlement processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in administration, finance, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledgeable in the FinTech and Payment industry.
