The Swim Starter, a Singaporean company, is expanding into Southeast Asia, aiming to empower children with essential swimming skills for safety. We are looking for passionate individuals to help drive our growth.
Position: Operations Executive
Responsibilities:
- Support operational functions and collaborate with teams.
- Manage customer service communication and onboarding.
- Accurately maintain data within our software systems.
Requirements: Fluent in English and Mandarin, with prior experience in operations and customer service, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
Working Arrangement: Thursday to Monday, remotely, with a monthly salary of SGD 500-600.
