Deskripsi Kerja
DHL is seeking an Operations Intern to assist with general operational ocean freight functions. This role involves coordinating with customers, suppliers, agents, and other departments regarding ocean freight movements. The intern will monitor and coordinate both export and import ocean freight activities while preparing relevant documentation for our customers.
The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with ISO requirements by maintaining accurate records and filing. Additionally, the role entails responding to internal inquiries and resolving complaints, as well as liaising with suppliers, shipping lines, agents, warehouses, and transporters.
