JoinUs Asia Singapore is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will develop and implement HR policies, manage employee data, and handle employee relations issues. You will coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, administer benefits programs, and collaborate on HR initiatives.
Qualifications include a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or HR, with at least 6 years of relevant experience. A driving license and own vehicle are mandatory. Mandarin proficiency is essential for liaising with customers and stakeholders.
