Deskripsi Kerja
Icon Trans Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee worker welfare and coordination with departments related to onboarding and off-boarding processes. The ideal candidate will assist in audits, respond to disciplinary issues, and manage worker grievances. Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment efforts, managing medical treatment arrangements, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. The role requires a diploma, computer skills, and the ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English.
We offer a full-time, permanent position with a salary of RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month, alongside benefits such as health insurance and opportunities for promotion.
