Teleperformance is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor based in One Precinct, Penang. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our team of Agents, ensuring exceptional service to Mercedes-Benz customers. Key responsibilities include tracking performance metrics like customer satisfaction and average handling time, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating updates between clients and our team.
You will also prepare regular performance reports for upper management, focusing on successes and areas for enhancement. Familiarity with TOPS procedures is required.
