Deskripsi Kerja
Ace One Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Support Executive to manage administrative paperwork, ID submissions, system order checking, and e-invoice processing. This role is essential for ensuring smooth backend operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify customer documentation.
- Cross-check orders in the system.
- Prepare and issue electronic invoices.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Maintain organized records.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience with invoicing systems is a plus.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Chinese.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
