Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a dedicated Order Management/Customer Service Representative to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect. In this role, you will:
- Attend to incoming calls and customer inquiries.
- Assist in preparing quotations, orders, and invoices.
- Provide customers with updates on order status.
- Collaborate with logistics for timely delivery.
- Coordinate shipping documents as needed.
Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields. 1 year of experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
