Deskripsi Kerja
Join A’Famosa Resort Hotel Sdn Bhd as an Order Taker. Full-time/Contract on-site role, RM1,700–1,900/month. You will receive and log guest requests by phone or system, communicate with housekeeping and other departments, monitor request status, maintain accurate logs, handle guest interactions professionally, report urgent issues, and perform related duties. Requirements: SPM or equivalent, basic English and Bahasa Malaysia, good phone etiquette, basic computer skills, ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays; previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred. Key competencies: communication, customer service orientation, attention to detail, and teamwork. Organized candidates who multitask well are encouraged to apply.
