Deskripsi Kerja
ENZO CONSORTIUM HEALTH HOUSE SDN BHD is seeking an Outbound Call Centre Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, focusing on customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee recruitment and training.
- Manage office operations from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Handle social media for job advertisements.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma or Degree
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Salary: RM 2,800 to RM 3,00 per month.
