Deskripsi Kerja
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling mainly Outbound calls
- Conduct surveys using the Net Promoter Approach
- Respond to customer feedback
- Prepare customers for follow-up calls
- Highlight areas for improvement
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Fresh graduates welcome
- 1-2 years in Customer Service or Telesales
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work in Kerinchi, Bangsar
