SUMMARY:
EMART24 HOLDINGS SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee all functions of our convenience shop. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality products and impeccable customer service while managing daily operations in accordance with company policies.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Outlet Manager, you will provide exceptional products, gather customer feedback, recruit and train team members, ensure compliance with standards, and create a positive community presence. You will also manage costs, ensure safety, and maintain operational excellence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,850.00 per month
Schedule: Rotational shift | Benefits: Opportunities for promotion, Performance bonus
