Deskripsi Kerja
Thong Empire Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Outlet Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will supervise front-line staff, manage scheduling, training, and performance. Responsibilities include:
- Daily cash management and inventory control
- Improving store operations and customer experience
- Ensuring compliance with company policies
- Leadership and support for the store team
- Analyzing sales data for continuous improvement
Requirements: 1-2 years of retail management experience, strong customer service skills, and excellent communication.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,200.00 per month. Schedule: Rotational shift, Work Location: In-person.
