We’re seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant to our Director at Pro-Select Recruit. As the right hand to our leadership, you will make a significant impact by providing comprehensive administrative support.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel
• Handling correspondence and preparing key documents
• Providing organizational support to the Director and team
• Ensuring efficient office operations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM4,500.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
