Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description:
- Assist manager with packing line quality and output, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly packing plans.
- Manage manpower, machine utilization, and process efficiency.
- Coordinate and execute departmental KPIs in line with company targets.
- Maintain and update relevant procedures and documents.
- Prepare inventory and efficiency reports for management.
- Support packing improvement initiatives.
- Monitor gloves inventory and track deliveries.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in glove packing.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,800.00 – RM4,00.00/month
