Concentrix is seeking a Partner Success Specialist to enhance the sales process of our clients’ products and services within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with key channel partners and support a sales team to boost sales.
Responsibilities include improving customer retention, achieving sales metrics, conducting consultative reviews, and delivering training. This role requires high engagement via calls and emails.
Location: MYS Kuala Lumpur – Lvl 15 Wisma Mont Kiara, 1 Jalan Kiara
