Job Description:

• Create innovative pastries and baked goods for production.
• Renovate existing products to optimize cost and quality.
• Prepare costings and product specifications.
• Participate in production trials.
• Liaise with suppliers for new ingredients.
• Assist R&D with sensory evaluations.
• Regularly report on product development progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• 1-2 years of pastry experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Must be able to work in Pulau Indah.
