Deskripsi Kerja
Cognizant is seeking a Payments Processing Executive who is proficient in Korean. In this role, you will ensure SLA compliance by executing transactions according to prescribed guidelines and timelines. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team leader during daily huddles, providing training on processes, and handling escalations to maintain high customer satisfaction.
We require candidates with 0-1 year of experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean, and proficiency in MS Office applications. A background in finance and understanding of payment cycles will be advantageous.
