Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking an experienced and disciplined Operations Officer to join ZB Group of Companies. Suitable candidates must be male, aged 18-30, possess a valid driver’s license, have their own transportation, and communicate effectively. Physical and mental health are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and report to the State Manager
• Recruit quality and disciplined guards as needed
• Ensure compliance with contracts and maintain guard discipline
