Deskripsi Kerja

Heineken International B.V. is seeking a People Partner Analyst for a fixed-term contract role lasting up to 12 months. This position involves various responsibilities, including managing workshop logistics, tracking attendance, and collaborating with the Supply Chain on competency assessments. The analyst will also support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and assist in the launch of Wellness Programs.

To qualify, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with experience in human resources being a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required, along with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication in English.
