Deskripsi Kerja
- Mengelola diari dan mengatur mesyuarat serta janji temu, sering mengawal akses kepada pengurus eksekutif
- Menempah dan mengatur perjalanan, pengangkutan serta penginapan
- Menyusun acara dan konferensi
- Mengingatkan pengurus eksekutif tentang tugas penting dan tarikh akhir
- Menyediakan laporan, pembentangan serta korespondensi
- Mengurus pangkalan data dan sistem fail
- Melaksanakan dan menyelenggara prosedur/sistem pentadbiran
- Berkolaborasi dengan kakitangan, pembekal dan pelanggan
- Mengumpul dan mengurus perbelanjaan
- Tugas pelbagai untuk menyokong pengurus
Jenis Jawatan: Sepenuh masa
Gaji: RM3,00.00 hingga RM4,500.00 (sebulan)
