Deskripsi Kerja

Location: Bandar Puchong Utama

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Personal Assistant & Admin to join ECS Facility Management Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing personal assistant duties and administrative responsibilities.
  • Organizing meetings and taking minutes.
  • Supporting the CEO in coordinating tasks and reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Secretarial, Business Studies, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and strong multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 monthly
