Technical Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
- Able to take meeting minutes.
- Experience in freight forwarding and international logistics is preferred.
- High sense of work responsibility.
- Proficient in Chinese, Malay, and English communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist on special projects.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Collect and prepare letters for meetings with external parties.
- Translate documents and conduct research.
- Interact professionally with management and external partners.
- Manage system data and customer relations.
