Foodom Group is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Personal Assistant with a background in Finance to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
- Manage full set of accounts and cash flow.
- Handle accounts receivables and payables.
- Coordinate correspondence with suppliers and authorities.
- Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts.
- Maintain accurate document filing.
- Perform general office administration tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in bookkeeping and Microsoft Excel.
- Computerized accounting software experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00/month
