Deskripsi Kerja

Elegance Image And Etiquette Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant who is fluent in Chinese to support the Director in professional and personal matters. If you’re adept at multitasking and planning, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily schedules and travel arrangements
• Organize meetings and prepare agendas
• Handle email correspondence and phone calls
• Maintain organized filing systems and personal documents
• Assist with event planning and logistics

Requirements: Fluency in Chinese and English, proven experience as a PA, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM1,700.00/month
