Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to manage administrative tasks, maintain records, and handle correspondence. Responsibilities include overseeing clerical duties, organizing office supplies, prioritizing workloads, and coordinating events. Candidates should be able to multitask and will be expected to respond to internal messages after hours.
Requirements: Applicants must have at least 1 year of administrative experience, excellent verbal communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. A personal laptop and a driving license are required. Mandarin proficiency is preferred for client interactions.
Remuneration: RM3,00 per month plus allowances and benefits.
