Deskripsi Kerja
Role Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Personal Assistant and performing secretarial duties with confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Process, edit, and compile reports and documents.
- Manage filing and maintain databases.
- Communicate with internal departments and the public.
- Handle calls, emails, and faxes.
- Monitor office supplies and assist with travel bookings.
- Prepare facilities for events as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Private Secretaryship or related degree required.
- Minimum 3 years experience with top management.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
