Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the manager and clients.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence.
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain an effective filing system.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent in MS Office, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
