What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the calendar and scheduling of key executives
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials
- Handling correspondence and providing administrative support
- Liaising with stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality
