- Berfungsi sebagai titik kontak pertama, mengurus surat-menyurat dan panggilan telefon
- Menguruskan jadual dan mengatur mesyuarat serta pelantikan
- Membuat tempahan perjalanan, pengangkutan dan penginapan
- Organisasi acara dan persidangan
- Mengingatkan pengurus tentang tugas penting dan tarikh akhir

Gaji: RM2,500.00 – RM5,00.00 sebulan
