Deskripsi Kerja
Join our dynamic team at Lablink (M) Sdn. Bhd. as a Phlebotomist! In this role, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples and other specimens, preparing them for laboratory testing, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. You will collaborate with medical personnel, verify patient information, and maintain specimen integrity using aseptic techniques.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Nursing or Phlebotomy, at least 1 year of experience, and strong communication skills, enabling you to interact compassionately with patients. Proficiency in venipuncture techniques and a solid understanding of infection control protocols are essential.
